UK Stops Use of Khat

It is more fun criticizing

Rizal Philippines   | June 25 2014

British Home Secretary Theresa May has announced the banning of Khat a mild stimulant brought by citizens of Cape Horn (south Africa).  Theresa May went against the advice of ACMD (Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drug) which says that there is not much evidence to merit its ban.  Other than few cases of liver toxicity

May had to issue the ban because of pressure from other Western Countries who has banned the substance and complaints from wives who complain that husbands and other males spend too much time chewing khat.

Do you think the ban is justified?

Iraq to be split into 3; Iraqis blame US and the West for their woes

It is more fun criticizing

The military of the sectarian group has marched into the gates of Baghdad and has but virtually occupied Iran.  The Press has said that the militants number 3 to 5 thousand.  But analysts indicate that they have millions of followers

Political analysts say that Iraq could be divided into 3 religious groups.  And the Iraqis are blaming US and the West for their woes:  for having ousted Sadam (he was able to control the minorities before) having withdrawn from Iraq early on, and not helping the Iraqi govt with their woes.

As of now, the instability at Iraq is driving oil prices up.  Transportation operators and drivers will still blame the govt and multinationals for the spiralling cost of fuel?

What is going to happen next?
