He who hates his brother is a murderer - I John 3: 15

It is more fun criticizing

A Bible scholar and a religious preacher just mentioned in his program the passage from 1 John 3: 14 to 15 which pertains to hating ones brother.  He is deemed to be a murderer.

Indeed in our activities and life, how many times we show anger and hatred of our fellow men:  the next person on the jeep, the motorist, the pedestrian commuter who bumped us.   Or our fellow family member who become annoying and intolereable.  Or how about the fellow office worker who is an intrigera or chismosa.   Or ingetera?

In business, the family members quarrel about the spoils and eventually end up in courts, or even in physical injuries or in murder.  A would be heiress, was suspected of having her father killed an MSG tycoon for having her disinherited.

In my personal experience, in the business, the other members of the family took away my inheritance and other moneys due me.  Advisers told me to go in court.  But I remember this passage from the verse.  Besides, this would be a scandal and just enrich the judges and the lawyers.  And would make a big sinner.

However, lately they are showing signs of hatred with their letters and social media pronouncements. Shall a tooth for a tooth and eye for an eye Bible verse apply too?
 1 John 3:15
Whoever hates his brother is a murderer: and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
