This post think that the country is becoming a free country.  A social welfare country.  Where many things are free and may be this will disincentivize the peoples desire to be disciplined to be in hard work,  And maybe to encourage them to be lazy.  Marami nang libre:

       1.  The 3 c for those without jobs
       2.  The free tuition for SU and colleges
       3.  And now a  young congressman from Davao seeks to end poverty

Siyempre maraming bibilib diyan may buy in.  Kasi libre.  As we saw the throngs that gathered in Los Banos for the alleged return of Marcos wealth.

But where do we get the money?   All ready the govt the Treasury is running into deficit.  Again the taxpayers who sweat blood and tears will bear the burden.  And how about the free loaders?

Kung US kaya nilang mag deficit,eh hindi naman ganong kalakas ang economy natin.  Even US is finding difficulty in legislating for the continued US public debt which may be all ready in $20 trillion.  Mostly because US has become a welfare state too with the health care, the food stamps, the subsidies etc.

Venezuela, an oil rich country is running into trouble, may be a civil war, because it became a welfare country.  Even its oil revenues can not keep up giving free loads to its people.  It is now into deep shit, and the peoples conditions are bad.  That is why there is an on going protest.  Baka mangyari sa PH. The land of the free

Image result for martial law political prisoners warn of possible abuses
Daig ng administrasyon ngayon. ?Kaya nga lang, walang torture
                                 Mas maraming killed?

CJ Sereno warns of possible martial law abuses (kaya ma iimpeach?) at Ateneo commencement exercises

After the remembering of the 45th year of martial law, several fora were held by former political  prisoners under then Pres. FM.   They fear that the same is foreboding at the rate the drug war is going and the declaration of martial law in Mindanao.

But they need not worry because the commander in chief has declared that in Marawi, they are not taking in prisoners.  There are no courts to issue commitment order and there are are no jails.  I am sure the current dispensation will do the same for their political enemies.   No cruel punishments, torture or incarceration.... Guess....

The late fmr Senator Joker Arroyo said before during the time of former President GMA that certain scandals are sometimes merely a battle among commissioners.

How about the current drug wars?  Is it merely a battle who will Lord it over the drug business in the country.   Now that Mayor Espinosa, Parojinog, DL Odicta are gone, who is going to be the biggest Drug Lord.  The Chinese who has strong connection with high ranking govt officials who let drugs pass through BOC, or his connections?   Who kaya?  Nag iinuman kaya lang sila?  Bakit mag kasama sa pics?

One can speculate.  They can be true  or false

May katotohanan ba mga accusation ni Sen Trillanes vs. VM Paolo Duterte and bayaw nitong Atty. Mans Carpio?

From Phil Politics

Vice Mayor Paolo "Pulong" Duterte and his brother in law Atty Mans Carpio finally, upon the invitation of the Senate appeared at the hearing in Senate regarding the alleged anomalies at the Bureau of Customs:   the corruption and alleged  complicity in the illegal drug trade.

Sen Trillanes wasted no time in connecting the two invited members of the first family in accusing that:

1.  VM Paolo is a member of the drug triad and he has dragon tattoo on his back to prove this.  He challenged VM Paolo to show the dragon tattoo for USDEA to decode it

2.  The two had amassed large sums of money in several bank accounts.   The two neither admitted nor denied their existence  and invoked their right to privacy.

Are there truths to the allegation?  Or is Sen. Trillanes on a fishing expedition, trying to get evidence or a logic syllogism to prove the guilt of the two.

Is the Pres. family as the  CPP chairman claims, the biggest drug lord in the Philippines, and is merely eliminating the competition in the so called drug war?

Or to the victor belongs the spoils.

                                           DC Councilor Small Abellera

Sens Richard Gordon and  Trillanes had a heated argument yesterday at the Senate hearing on BOC involvement in shipment of P6.4 billion worth of shabu allegedly facilitated by the Davao group.   Trillanes wants to summon VM Paolo Duterte, and Mans Carpio, as the Senate had summoned  Councilor Small Abellera.  This were due to the testimony of BOC facilitator  Mark Taguba before the Senate where he mentioned the Davao group and the names of Tia Nanie, Mars Carpio (the husband of the DC Mayor).  Sen Dick Gordon would have none of  the Trillanes request, in the absence of documentary evidence (he is right from the lawyer point of view)

Who is suspending judgment here?   Sen Gordon or Trillanes?   Let us grill them first before we say they are not involved.

Now Mark Taguba retracted his statement, saying that all is based on hearsay:  despite the ff:

From GMA news, Taguba retracts, clears name of DU30 son in law from BOC anomalies

      1.  Text messages between him and the Davao group personality

      2.  His alleged meeting with Small Abellera and payment of millions of pesos for alleged enrollment fee.

We cant tell for sure who is telling the truth but the fact is it stinks at BOC, and is dirtying the DU30 reputation and we certainly doubt his sincerity to rid the country of corruption, after Faeldon, looked from every angle being very much sucked into corruption.  (He would rather be jailed rather than testify)

One wonders too about the truth in the statement of CPP Head Jo Ma Sison that the biggest drug lord sits at the highest post in the govt.

But Sen. Lacson mentioned the Davao group in his privileged speech.

I can testify that corruption from my personal experience that corruption is very much alive and rampant at the LGU level.  Blame the empowerment thing from local govt code
